She really can’t seem to avoid Johnny Law these days – Amanda Bynes was pulled over yet again while driving in Los Angeles on Sunday night (September 9). The “All That” actress was found to be driving without her headlights, though the police let her go with just a warning. However, had the cops checked on Bynes’ license, they would’ve noticed that it was under suspension, which would have definitely led to a citation. Amanda is also facing charges of hit-and-run for a pair of incidents that took place earlier this year in April and August.
